Hey all, my name is Elise and I am hear to make a difference in my life, and hopefully make a difference in other ways as well. I am striving to grow into everything I want in my life. I am challenging my body, my mind, my goals, and I ask for your support, your feedback, and your enthusiasm going forward.
I have been a meditation teacher and yoga teacher for years, and I just turned 30, and want to really embrace myself in every way that I know is possible. I have a deep commitment to myself and what I am capable of. I want to prove to myself that I can be the strong, balanced woman inside and out. So let’s get going 🙂
